We are located on Indiana Avenue across the street from Salemtowne, the Moravian retirement community, in northern Winston-Salem, We are conveniently located near Wake Forest campus, Silas Creek Parkway , Reynolda Road and Bethabara Park. We have ample parking right in front of the hospital, making it easy for you to get in and out with your pet.
Payment policies
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit. Payment is expected when services are rendered. Estimates are given and a deposit will be required on extensive treatment plans.
We understand that emergencies arise and will work with you in any way we can so that you can get the best possible care for your pet. Please see our office manager for financial arrangements if you experience an emergency with your pet.
