Kim Turbyfill (with Ozzie)
Kim has been with Winston Veterinary Hospital for 11 1/2 years. Kim has been grooming and showing dogs since she was 10 years old so she has alot of experience! Kim performs all breed dog grooming as well as cat grooming which includes regular baths and brush outs and shavedowns. She is available to groom your pet Monday through Friday. If Kim notices any problems with your pet, such as ear infections or skin problems she will notify you and ask your permission for the veterinarian to examine your pet.
Kim also does sedated grooming under veterinary supervision only. These grooms need to be scheduled with the veterinarian on duty for that day. Most pets do not need to be sedated but on that rare occasion, be aware that she can do that for you.
Kim's interests outside of work are showing and breeding. She shows many breeds of dogs, but her main interests are PBGV's, which stands for Petite Basset Griffon Vendene! Now you know why the initials! Kim sells her PBGV's to people all over the United States. Kim also attends grooming competition shows, where she regularly places in the top. She has won several ribbons in showing her PBGV's. Kim is pictured with Ozzie, who is an Italian Spinone. Isn't he adorable?!
Meet Teri, Kim's assistant. Teri has been with our grooming department for 3 years. She and Kim attend and are involved in showing dogs. Teri owns and breeds Shiba Inu's and German Shepherds.
Teri's fulltime job is as a bus driver for the public school system. Teri is married and has 2 children who are very active in sports at school.
