Susie Cockerham (with Red), Office Manager
Susie has been with Winston Vet for 12 years. She is our office manager and fulltime receptionist. Susie's interests outside of work included spending time with her 2 dogs, Red and Lilly, going to antique shows, and spending time with her friends and family. She is into photo restoration and making Christmas tree ornaments out of photos that she has made look like old pictures. If you have seen our Christmas tree during the holidays (which Susie decorates) you will see many of the ornaments she has made. Everyone here has one and they are very special to us.
Susie's family includes John, her husband, and 3 grown children John, Kelly, and Missy. She has 4 grandchildren who loves to spoil! Her pet family includes two poodles, Red and Lilly. Red was rescued from a very bad situation and is very special to Susie. He made such a wonderful recovery from when he first arrived here at the hospital...........flea infested, debilitated and barely alive. Susie is holding him in the picture. Lilly although not rescued from a bad situation is also a wonderful dog, although she is her "daddy's" dog...........she is a beautiful white poodle and is just as spoiled as Red!
Bonnie (with Hutch) Receptionist and Girl Friday!
Bonnie has also been with us for 12 years. Bonnie is a receptionist but she is also our Girl Friday. There are so many things that Bonnie does here that we can't name them all. However, to name a few, she does our supply ordering, she pays bills and keeps up with all the supply invoices. She is a wonderful person..........people know Bonnie by name. She is one of those people that are never in a bad mood, always cheerful and willing to help. The dogs just love her. When they come in, they usually go straight to Bonnie because that is where the treats come from!
Bonnie loves to spend time with her family which includes husband Don, son Carl, and daughter April. Carl is married now and April is still in school and lives at home. Bonnie's pet family includes Hutch and Oscar. Bonnie spends alot of time with April, taking her to school activities and doing mother/daughter activities. Bonnie is very involved in April's school and often particpates in the parent/teacher association, cheerleading club, and treasurer of some school programs among others.
Laura Rosenhauer (with Scar) Receptionist/Technician
Laura has been with Winston Veterinary Hosptial for 7 years. She is truly our lifesaver as she works for us every other Saturday and during staff vacations. You will see Laura both at the front desk and working in the back as a technician. Laura has been in the veterinary field since she was very young. She worked with Dr. Schill at another veterinary hospital before coming here to work so she has plenty of experience.
Laura likes to spend time with her family, which includes husband, Mike, and daughters Elyssa and Charity. She also has a son on the way! His name will be Lincoln. We are so excited for her and Elyssa and Charity are very excited to have a baby brother on the way! Laura has many in her pet family, one of which is Scar who she is in the picture with. You will also see Laura on our technician page.
