Tina has been with Winston Veterinary Hospital for 25 years, and in the pet profession on a whole for 35 years. Before starting in Veterinary Medicine, Tina worked in a pet store for 8 years. At one time her wish was to be a nurse which she tried but decided that she really missed working with pets , so she returned to veterinary medicine.
Tina's special interests are nutrition, dental health , and educating clients on preventive care for their pet. Dogs and cats never seem to mind when Tina takes their temperature, or gets a blood sample. One of the reasons Tina is so skilled, is she enjoys continuing her education. She also spends time on the Internet, participating in technician chat groups, and she is also our website "designer" and Social Media planner. Tina trains all new assistants that come on staff at Winston Vet.
